A Cincinnati woman is still waiting for answers in her brother’s 2007 cold case murder.
Cincinnati police say 28-year-old Michael Barber was found shot to death in a pickup truck on Maryland Avenue in Price Hill 18 years ago this week.
Police have not made any arrests despite witnesses claiming they saw a person running away from the scene after the shooting.
