It has been seven years since Faulkner County woman Kelly Evans went missing from her home. Faulkner County investigators and Evans’ family members are still actively trying to find her.
“My mom had a personality that could light up a room,” said Nikki Driscoll, Kelly Evans’ daughter. “She had a wit that would catch you off guard and a sense of humor. She could make anyone laugh.”
Driscoll said she spoke to her mom for the last time in 2017.
