Investigators are hoping new information may surface about the unsolved murder of a man in Greenwood five years ago.
Cody Hawkins was the victim of a drive-by shooting along Pearl Street in May 2019. It was just blocks away from his grandmother’s house – and just two weeks before his 2-year-old son’s birthday.
Hawkins died at the hospital despite doctors and nurses spending more than an hour trying to save him.
